Yoga, chanting and sound bowls are wonderful healing and mindfulness practices. I invite you to find equanimity, mental clarity and build your emotional resilience. Your life will change in ways that are unimaginable. 

With practice, yoga may help you improve your balance, mobility, flexibility, strength, sleep, digestion, energy levels, moods, mental clarity, resilience, compassion and focus!

RESTORATIVE FLOW - Offered in French on Tuesday Evenings

Heal and nurture your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. 

Try this restorative flow where we practice stilling our thoughts, dropping into our heart and listening to our inner wisdom. We will experiment with a number of techniques - focusing on the breath, allowing our attention to be fully absorbed by a sensation in our body, guided relaxation and chants.

 

I also want you to age well! Balance and hip mobility are critical elements for preventing injuries as we age. I will guide you through some gentle flows and poses that will focus on balance and hip mobility.

ABOUT ME

Hello. I'm Caroline. I'm a mom,  daughter,  sister,  wife,  professional, leader, Director and yoga teacher. I invite you to find your stillness and tap into the infinite energy, love and possibilities within and around you.

I have been a working mom of three beautiful daughters. Yoga has helped me stay grounded and practice being calm and open. There are so many times when I got on my mat and after 60 minutes got up and found a way through a situation or issue that seemed "locked". 

I aspire to constantly deepen my connection to humanity, build communities, help others see their magnificence, to act with compassion and awareness and be curious and grow. Author Danah Zorah speaks of spiritual intelligence "SQ" as the intelligence that underpins IQ and EQ. SQ allows us to access higher meanings, values, and unconscious aspects of the self so we live richer and more creative lives. 

 

Mindfulness is one way to grow as a compassionate leader and deepen your SQ. With practice, you may experience "the flow". That peaceful feeling of living in alignment with your higher purpose and being attuned to your intuition. When we're in that space of flow, we experience joy, calm, ease, abundance, clarity and connection.
